Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

  • Bank Deposit
  • Card Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

How do I pay via bank deposit?

Select "Bank Deposit"at checkout. Our bank details and payment instructions will appear after placing your order. After making the deposit, send your proof of payment (e.g., screenshot) to thevelvetmethod@gmail.com or reply to the confirmation email. We’ll confirm your payment within 24–48 hours. Once confirmed, we’ll prepare your order and notify you when it’s ready for pickup or shipping.

Shipping and Pick Up

Do you have a store where I can pick up my order?

We don’t have a physical storefront, but we do offer local pick-up. After placing your order, we’ll email you the pickup address, along with a proposed time and date. We’re happy to adjust based on your availability.

What should I bring when picking up my order?

Please bring your order number or invoice.

Can I reschedule my pickup?

Yes! You’re allowed one-time rescheduling if something comes up. Just contact us through thevelvetmethod@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your original pickup time.

Return and Refund

How do I request a refund?

Send us an email at thevelvetmethod@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll assess and let you know the next steps.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Yes, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unopened and unused
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

Note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure a safe return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund (excluding the original shipping cost).

Are products eligible for return if they cause skin reactions?

Please refer to our return policy. Patch testing is strongly recommended to avoid adverse reactions.

Pre-order

How long does shipping take for pre-orders?

Pre-order items typically ship within 30 days from the date of checkout. We’ll notify you via email as soon as your item is dispatched.

What if I order in-stock items together with a pre-order?

Everything will ship together once the pre-order item arrives. For faster delivery, order them separately.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes, within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, it’s locked in.
